Matt Fiddes Martial Arts & Dance - MF Staffordshire are bringing the energy with FREE classes and workshops for children all ages! Whether you're looking to tempt them to try something new, be more active or learn life skills in a fun way, there's got something for everyone!

Free Taster Classes in Martial Arts and Dance – it’s time to throw a few moves!
Life Skills Program Samplers to help with tidying bedrooms, helping at home, brushing teeth, and more!
FREE Trial for anyone who joins in (even if you just come and give a quick taster a whirl!)

Bring your family, meet their black-belt instructors, and see firsthand how they help to develop life skills and confidence in a fun and positive environment. Parents and grandparents can take home info about how they can help children fight their fears and kick those bad habits to the curb.
FREE classes run every hour between 10am - 4pm in Castle Square, under the stained glass window.
