The Staffordshire Regiment Museum

"No frills but plenty of guts"-

An apt description of the bravery, tenacity and heroism of the men who have fought with the Staffordshire Regiment over the last 300 years. The Museum vividly tells the story of the two famous old County Regiments, the South and North Staffords, and their successor the Staffordshire Regiment .

The museum follows the various Staffordshire Regiments through their history, from the gruelling heat of the Caribbean where they won their first battle honours in the 1700's, through nearly every war and campaign fought by Britain up until the present day.

We have interactive displays, an authentic world war two air raid shelter and Anderson shelter and a full scale outdoor World War 1 trench complete with sound effects.
