MERCIAN SINGERS VE-VJ DAY CONCERT IN AID OF THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION
Mercian Singers are delighted to be returning to the Assembly Rooms following a sell out concert on their first appearance last year. The Tamworth mixed voice community choir are putting on a charity concert in aid of the Royal British Legion reflecting on a year of VE-VJ Day celebrations.
Mercian Singers will be joined by Polesworth based OJMmusic ‘VOICES’ the choir and The Tammy Land Girls for what is sure to be an afternoon of excellent music and well known songs accompanied by a live band culminating in a ‘last night of the proms’ style finale where audience participation will be welcome and actively encouraged!
