“After the huge success of last year’s ‘Castle Summer Fest’, which hosted live music, cinema and Commonwealth Games screenings, Tamworth Borough Council wanted to gimme, gimme, gimme, another live stage to the Castle Grounds this August for a weekend of ‘Open Air Concerts’, at a price that doesn’t scream money, money, money!
“Although this year will be on a much smaller scale than the Castle Summer Fest, we are delighted to work in partnership with concert promotors MRC, to present a beat it weekend, where crowds don’t stop till you get enough.
“We want you back and wanna be starting something that will have audiences saying thank you for the music, let’s dance and believe they are strong enough to celebrate just like a bat out of hell of a weekend of partying!”
